Pitbike Chain Adjuster Blocks with Replaceable 32mm paddock stand lifting bobbin Crash Sliders (Pair)
PlazCutz Racing pitbike chain adjuster blocks with rear adjustment are designed to provide accurate chain adjustment while adding an extra layer of protection in the event of a crash.
The adjuster blocks are CNC machined from aluminium and fit directly into the swingarm, located and clamped in place by the 15mm rear axle when the wheel is tightened. The bike’s chain M6 adjuster bolts in the rear of the blocks react against the swingarm, allowing precise and repeatable drive chain adjustment.
Each block features a replaceable paddock stand lifting crash slider bobbin, CNC turned from durable acetal and secured using an M8 fixing bolt.
With our testing we found the M6 bolts snapped too easily even in a low speed spill, so we upgraded these to be M8 for more strength and durability.
In the event of a crash or slide, the acetal bobbins help absorb impact and reduce damage to the swingarm and rear axle area. If damaged, the bobbins can be easily replaced without changing the aluminium blocks.
Supplied as a pair, these chain adjuster blocks are ideal for pitbike racing and track use, combining accurate adjustment, strength, and practical crash protection.
Lifter Slider bobbins are 29mm OD - 32mm long with M8 bolt fixing hole.

Pitbike Captive Wheel Spacer for 15mm Axles.
Replacement upgraded wheel bearing and press in Captive Wheel Spacer. Perfect to press in and stay part of your wheel. Saves the spacers dropping out during wheel changes. Supplied Bearing is oversized for the spacer to lightly press inside it and allow for the standard 15mm axle to still be used.
Kit Contains ONE wheel bearing and Spacer, mix and match to get the correct fit for your wheels.
Spacer OD is 25mm so it has a larger surface area to help from marring the swingarm like the small steel ones do.
Step lip OD is 22mm and will allow to fit the seals if you use them.
Length is measured from the step lip base and you need to add +1mm to your desired length as these are 10mm bearings not the 11mm as standard fitment.
Spacers are CNC Made from 6082 T6 Aluminium.
Bearing brand: FAG, SKF, NSK, KOYO or equivalent quality.
Range of spacer sizes to cover all fitments and wheel setups, including Mobster, Vortex, M2R, Symoto, MAG, SDG, VMC.
Spacer and bearing upgrade fit any wheel setup that uses the 6202 bearing.
Note: you need to add +1mm to your desired length
To install:
Simply remove your existing 6202 bearing and fit the supplied one in the kit, ensuring the spacer tube is aligned and the bearing is fully seated home.
Lightly press the correct Captive Spacer into each side all the way. Spacers are precision machined and only require lightly pressing to get them seated correctly.

Pitbike Paddock 12” Wheel Stand Storage Tree
The PlazCutz Racing Pitbike Paddock Wheel Tree is designed to keep your spare wheels safe, organised, and off the ground while in the paddock.
Built specifically for 12” pitbike wheels, this storage tree holds two rear wheels on the lower bar and two front wheels on the upper bar, making it ideal for race weekends with multiple tyre setups. Keeping wheels off the floor not only protects tyres and discs but also allows tyre warmers to be fitted while stored.
Manufactured with motorsport use in mind, the wheel tree is durable, stable, and powder coated for a clean factory-style finish. Each wheel arm is fitted with pin clips to prevent wheels from slipping off during use.
For easy transport and storage, the centre pole detaches, allowing the tree to pack down quickly — perfect when van and trailer space is limited.

Powder Coating is the process of dry finishing parts or components by using an electrical charge to fuse dry coloured powder paint to metallic objects. Coated parts are then baked in a special curing oven to flow out the powder to create a smooth and tough finish. Polyester thermosetting Powder coating once baked to its hard finish is tougher than the conventional painting process.
We can Powder Coat supplied or manufactured parts and components. One offs are no problem and we can pretty much Powder Coat anything metallic from your single item to a large production batch run.
Powder Coating is a popular, reliable and affordable way to Paint items. Once items have cooled sufficiently to be handled they are finished. No waiting for curing or drying is required. Items can be returned back into service straight away.
